Last 1/3 of alphabet, 12 pm & 11 am, last name, R- Z

Unfortunately if you fail to make your scheduled date and time you will have to reschedule your appointment. Mr. Taylor, the School Trainer and Honors Science Teacher, is also responsible for every Athletic Program on Campus. Please try to find a way to meet your requirements and make this a smooth process for yourself and the School’s Training Staff. Rescheduled appointments will put you a day behind the CIF Mandatory Conditioning Reauirements. You are required to complete 3 consecutive days of Conditioning, with only a helmet on, and contact is prohibited-we aren’t allowed to even work with hand shields or bags. Expect a lot of quick feet drills, change of direction/Reaction drills, and plays that we can run against air.
In order to even be given a scheduled time you first need to get your Physical completed and then sign in On Line to register to complete the process. The information should be on both the District and School Websites. If you would rather have a hard copy please stop by F-1 on the main Campus to get it. From experience, both good and bad (we’ve had players miss the first week of practice because they waited for the last minute. There are a few doctor offices locally that can get you in quick and that have a good price. It’s never fun to see a young man have to watch the first few practices for this reason. Hopefully many of you have started the process!
